Warana is a beachside suburb with no busy roads to cross to kilometres of pristine beach. The beauty of Warana beach is that there are no high-rises overlooking you and you get the feeling you could be miles away secluded in your own paradise.

Warana is centrally located and is set to be positioned perfectly for future infrastructure such as the new Sunshine Coast Hospital and Kawana town centre, it has easy access to the highway and local public transport.
